Sage – A Magically Beneficial Herb

Native to Europe, sage is an aromatic shrub that offers several species with medicinal properties. There is white, maroon, black, red and holy Roman sage. Today it is most easily found in Central and South America. Sage is generally used in alternative medicine, cooking and cosmetics.
